Bio
Patrice's photography has taken her to many places in the world and into many fascinating situations that she would otherwise not have seen. She does editorial and corporate photography mostly on location, focusing on portraits of the excutive kind and also portraits and photos in the world of music and travel.
Patrice has a natural approach to doing a portrait with the goal of always making the person look not just great, but comfortable in his or her surroundings, while keeping in mind what would best illustrate the story or concept to be communicated.
Clients include The Wall Street Journal, NovoNordisk, Washington Lawyer Magazine, Washingtonian, Golin Harris, Fleischman-Hillard, Greenfield Belser Ltd, Versar, Inc., National Journal Media, Duke University, Human Rights Campaign, area law firms such as Zuckerman Spaeder, LLP. and Blank Rome.
Patrice also teaches at the Center for Digital Imaging Arts-Boston University, Georgetown Campus and has taught editorial portrait photography at the Smithsonian Residents Associates Studio Arts Program. She is a member of The American Society of Media Photographers, (ASMP) and the Capitol Hill House and Senate Press Photographers Gallery.
