Personal Projects: McMillan Reservoir

McMillan Reservoir an old, abandoned site on North Capitol Street, Washington, DC. It was once used to purify water for the entire city, through a sand filtration system. Developers want to make the site into a mixed-use development but the DC Historic Preservation office wants to keep the integriy of the 25 acre site.
